Premier Inn Hamburg City Alster – Hotel near airport in Hamburg

When I stayed at the hotel, I found it to be in a great location, very close to excellent public transportation options. However, some improvements are needed to make it easier to find by car despite its central location. The service was helpful, but a bit more warmth and knowledge on vegetarian options would have been appreciated. The dining experience was extensive and delicious, offering a wide variety of food. The rooms, although cozy and clean, were quite small and lacked basic amenities like ironing equipment. The hotel facilities were good overall, but a few additions could elevate the experience even more.
